On September 4, 2020, in early autumn, with the summer heat still lingering, The Pearl River Bridge launches the creative Cooking competition "Looking for the Taste of Pearl River Bridge".  Zhongshan Weifeng organize a team made up of  Amy Chen, Emma Ye and Alice Wu to participate this competition.

There are totally 15 teams. The competition is divided into four rounds, and each team takes part in one round. Two dishes are needed to be cooked within 30 minutes, and they are graded according to color, aroma, taste, shape and health. Each team needs to purchase main materials at advanced, then prepare all ingredients, cooks the dishes with their own cooking skills, makes full use of the condiments from pearl river bridge and zhongshan Weifeng. Our flavour Flying Phoenix and colourful with blazing, as well as  other teams's dishes, like Chrysanthemum fish, Boiled Prawns dishes etc., are well received by the judges, the fellow contestants and the audience are also happy to taste the delicious  dishes.

Since its early opening, Zhongshan Weifeng has established a close cooperative relationship with Pearl River Bridge, one of the leaders of Chinese condiments manufacturers, sharing resources and contributing to their respective operation and market development.
