In mid-November 2021, Zhongshan Weifeng organized an Tangerine-picking activity for employees and their families in Xinhui, Jianmen City, Guangdong province. The purpose was to appreciate Xinhui tangerine peel culture and enhance the cohesion of  the company.

Xinhui Tangerine peel is a native product of Xinhui, Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province. On October 25, 2006, the former AqSIQ, General Adminnistration of Quality Supervision approved the implementation of geographical indication product protection for "Xinhui Tangerine peel". On November 15, 2019, it was selected into China agricultural Brand directory China International geographical indication products. 

Tangerine peel  has a very high medicinal value, suitable for abdominal distention and constipation, anorexia appetizer, phlegm relieving cough. It is also a traditional spice and seasoning products. Every winter when the new mandarin orange is mature, the citrus is picked and the peel is divided into three pieces to be peeled and dried in the sun. The meat is discarded, and the skin is more expensive than the meat. After drying, it is kept in a jar, and then it is taken out for drying more than twice a year. The longer the time to store the better.  Those less than three years of storage called peel or Tangerine skins, three years or more just called tangerine peel.

Around half past ten in the morning, we arrived at the citrus fruit field.The fruit yard is located on a low hillside, and the fruit is yellow and green. The hardworking fruit farmers are peeling the Tangerine in the , the yard. They do it three pieces for each fruit., and then put the peel on the flat mat drying. The children hopped and cheered when they saw the tangerine trees and fruits.  They picked up the baskets and scissors, rushed to the trees. While the  adults  help to  protect and  take photos. One hour later, everyone returned with a full load. When we arrived home, we decide no only to to keep the skins, but also the pulp for eating.
